Healthmax Return Policy

At Healthmax, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Our rigorous authentication process guarantees that the items delivered to you meet the highest quality standards. It is the responsibility of the customer, upon receiving the delivery, to confirm that the product ordered is correct and in good condition, including checking the expiry date.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

We may provide a product replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective.
  • The product received is not the one ordered.
  • The received item is past its expiry date.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to any of the above reasons, you can return the product for an exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items MUST be returned in their original, untampered packaging and in an unused state.
  • A valid original receipt, which was included in your package, must be provided.
  • Items should be returned within 48 hours from the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Opened or used diapers
  • Intimate or sanitary goods

Additional Conditions

We will be unable to offer an exchange in the following situations:

  • If you simply change your mind.
  • If you bought an item by mistake.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: hydro build Maasai road off Mombasa road near three bees complex. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items, which are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary. For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
